Labiaplasty results shown before surgery and at 3 weeks postoperatively. Post-op swelling is visible, but excess darkly-pigmented labia minora tissue has been removed and the area has a neater and tidier appearance. Swelling continued to go down over the next 5 weeks, with all physical activities including running and having sex resumed by 8 weeks postoperatively.
