Before and after labiaplasty results just 3 weeks postoperatively. The labia minora is less redundant, more symmetric and more comfortable. Mild swelling is evident in the front of the labia area that continued to resolve over the next few months. This patient elected to not address excess clitoral hood skin, which is visible as extra skin in the front of the labia region.
