Before and after labiaplasty in a 46-year-old woman. She had been bothered by her long labia minora since puberty, but after early menopause, she felt like her tissue was even more long and heavy, getting in the way with exercise and sex.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess tissue but left a normal amount of labia minora in order to preserve normal lubrication and to maintain a natural, unoperated-on look. Follow up photos are shown 7 weeks after surgery. She was ecstatic the first time she went for a run and experienced zero discomfort!
