Before and after labiaplasty in a 38-year-old woman. She had slightly elongated labia minora and a baggy left labia majora. She was looking for a subtle result that would enable her to exercise without as much labia tissue bulging in her workout tights and to maintain a normal, unoperated-on appearance.
A labiaplasty trimmed some labia minora tissue and also included a left labia majora reduction. Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery.
