A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora, as shown in the surgical markings. After surgery, she took a week off work and three weeks off exercise.
Follow up photos are shown 4 months after surgery. She still has some firm-to-the-touch surgical swelling called edema but already can appreciate her results.
