Before and after labiaplasty focusing on the labia majora in a 34-year-old woman. She felt self-conscious about the “baggy” nature of her labia majora – the outer lips of the female external genitalia.
A labiaplasty removed a wedge of labia majora, but left the labia minora alone. Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. The last image shows the tissue removed during her labiaplasty.
