Before and after labiaplasty in a 31-year-old woman. She was self-conscious about the appearance of her labia in intimate settings and wanted it to look “prettier.”
A labiaplasty trimmed the long, more darkly pigmented portion of her labia minora, leaving behind the more light colored and smooth labia minora.
Following this office procedure which was performed under local anesthesia with inhaled laughing gas, she took two weeks off work as a restaurant server and resumed full exercise at one month.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She is very comfortable in her own body now and never thinks about her labia any longer – ever!
