Before and after labiaplasty in a 35-year-old woman. She experienced discomfort every time she exercised, and felt self-conscious in intimate settings.
A labiaplasty trimmed only the longest part of her labia minora. She felt very strongly that she did not want to look like she “had had surgery down there.”
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. She is very pleased with her results and never thinks about this part of her anatomy any longer!
