Before and after labiaplasty using the trim technique of the labia minora in a 26-year-old woman. She disliked the excess tissue in her labia minora region, and constantly felt the need to “tuck” or “adjust” her private parts.
A labiaplasty trimmed some of the long labia minora tissue, but left a normal degree of labia behind, so that future romantic partners would not notice she had any surgery.
Follow up photos are shown 9 months after surgery, with her final results. She feels very “normal” and no longer even thinks about her labia region!
