Before and after labiaplasty and liposuction of the pubic region in a 70-year-old woman. She had previously had labia minora reduction elsewhere and was happy with her results.
She still felt a little self-conscious about the length of her labia majora and the fullness of her pubic region when she wore a swimsuit or tight skirt, and she wanted a subtle improvement here.
Her labiaplasty involved a labia majora reduction, performed through a wedge excision of the majora, and liposuction of her pubis. Follow up photos are shown 10 months after surgery. The last image shows the segment of tissue excised from her labia majora, for reference.
