Before and after labiaplasty in a 31-year-old woman. She experienced tugging, pulling and discomfort every time she rode her mountain bike or went running. She was looking for increased comfort but not for her labia to look like they had undergone any surgery.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue but left a normal rim of labia in place. Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery.
