Before and after labiaplasty in a 35-year-old woman. She had discomfort during horseback riding and running – she sought a labiaplasty primarily for physical reasons (pain, discomfort, itching) but liked the idea of her labia looking nicer as a side benefit.
A labiaplasty trimmed the long parts of her labia minora that hung outside of her labia majora when she stood. After surgery, she worked from home for a week and took a full month off exercise, including riding.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She is much more comfortable now and is happy with her decision to have labiaplasty surgery.
