Before and after labiaplasty in a 51-year-old woman. She had decided to take charge of her life and her body now that she was in her fifties – and that included improved comfort and appearance of her labia region.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue in an office procedure performed under local anesthesia with inhaled laughing gas and an oral anti-anxiety medication. After surgery, she worked from home for a week and resumed unrestricted exercise and sexual intercourse at one month.
