Before and after right sided labiaplasty in a 24-year-old woman. She experienced discomfort with daily activities, even just walking.
A labiaplasty trimmed only her right labia minora so that it was more symmetric with the left side. Surgical markings are shown in the last image. A rim of labia minora is always left behind to preserve normal lubrication and sexual function.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery.
