Before and after labiaplasty in a 34 year old woman. She had extra flaps of labia minora that peeked out of her panties or swim suit bottoms. She did not want to necessary “look like a porn star”, she was instead looking for greater physical comfort.
A labiaplasty trimmed the more darkly pigmented parts of her labia minora. Her labia majora was left alone. She was going for a conservative and natural result.
Follow up photos are shown six months after surgery. She is very happy, and never thinks about her labia area anymore!
