Before and after labiaplasty in a 27-year-old woman. Embarrassed by her extra labia tissue and newly out of a long-term relationship, she felt it was the perfect time to seek a solution.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue but left a proportional and function amount of tissue behind. Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery. She is much more comfortable in her own body and is comfortable in intimate settings with her hew partner.
