Before and after labiaplasty in a 29-year-old woman. Her long labia minora caused her to feel self-conscious with intimate partners. She did not want to see this tissue when she looked down at her private area.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue but left a normal amount of tissue so that lubrication was normal, and she looked very natural. After the excess labia minora tissue was trimmed (using the “trim technique”), the labia majora naturally falls together, keeping the labia minora protected internally.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery.
