Before and after labiaplasty in a 23-year-old woman. She was planning liposuction surgery and wanted to improve the appearance and comfort of her labia region as well. Her labia minora were so long and redundant that even walking gave her discomfort.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora, allowing her labia majora to naturally fall back together. Follow up photos are shown 2 months after surgery.
