Before and after labiaplasty in a 35-year-old woman. She was self-conscious about her labia minora tissue which seemed to become emptier and baggier after recent significant weight loss.
A labiaplasty focusing on the labia majora removed a wedge of tissue from the inner aspect of each labia majora. Dissolving sutures were used to repair her labia as an outpatient procedure performed under local anesthesia. Early follow up photos are shown 2 weeks after surgery before she flew home to her home state.
