Before and after labiaplasty in a 26-year-old woman. Her excess labia minora were bothersome to her while running, spinning or even just wearing yoga pants.
A labiaplasty trimmed some of her labia that hung longer and lower than her labia majora, but preserved a normal amount of labia minora so that she did not have dryness or irritation – both of which can be symptoms from removal of too much labia tissue.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery.
