Before and after labiaplasty in a 21-year-old woman. Her excess labia minora got caught and created discomfort when she was walking, spinning and during sex.
A labiaplasty trimmed these extra “tongues” of labia minora under local anesthesia. She was also offered laughing gas and an oral anti-anxiety pill.
Follow up photos are shown two months after surgery. She is training for her first half-marathon and never thinks of her labia anymore!
