Before and after labiaplasty in a 34-year-old woman. Her excess labia minora tissue was creating discomfort when she ran, cycled and had sex. She wanted her labia to look “normal” and not have her surgery be obvious to others.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora using the “trim technique” in a straightforward office procedure performed under local anesthesia.
Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery. Her genitalia looks natural and is comfortable doing all physical activities now.
