Before and after labiaplasty in a 27-year-old woman. Her long labia minora got in the way when she biked, ran and had sex. She found it difficult to clean and developed recurrent ingrown hair-related infections, as seen in the before photo.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue but left a normal and natural looking amount of tissue behind. Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery.
