Before and after labiaplasty in a 15 year old athlete. She had chronic pain competing in sports and she researched what could be done about this area. She was relieved and excited to learn that a labiaplasty procedure was an option!
She required parental consent for surgery, since she was a minor. She had completed puberty several years ago, which is when the labia tend to grow in some women.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue using the “trim technique” but left behind a normal amount of labia so that she did not look overly surgical. Long term follow up photos are shown 3 years after surgery.
