Before and after labiaplasty in a 33 year old woman. She disliked the extra dark folds of tissue that protruded out from her outer labias and that got stuck to her legs in warm weather. She wanted to look “normal and not surgical” down there.
A labiaplasty trimmed the darkly pigmented labia minora but kept a normal amount of upper smoother labia tissue. Follow up photos are shown 8 months after surgery.
She now can exercise without discomfort and no longer needs to think “which underwear do I need to wear on a hot day” – she even wore a white bikini!
