Before and after labiaplasty in a 59 year old woman. She was looking to rejuvenate her labia area as she was newly single and back on the market!
Together with liposuction of her pubic region and scar revisions from an old tummy tuck performed elsewhere, a labiaplasty was performed in the office under local anesthesia.
Postoperatively, she took only Tylenol extra strength for pain and limited activity such as exercise for 3 weeks. Follow up photos are shown 6 weeks postoperatively. Most of her swelling has resolved and she loves her results!
