Before and after abdominoplasty and liposuction in a 38 year old mother. She had loose skin left over from pregnancy. Despite being very physically fit and at normal weight, this area drove her crazy!
A tummy tuck removed her excess lower abdominal skin, tightened her abdominal muscles back together in the midline, and pulled her abdominal wall skin tautly downwards. Her belly button was brought out through a new skin opening, like pulling a button through a button hole.
Liposuction of her upper and lower abdomen, pubic region, flanks and thighs completed her procedure. Follow up photos are shown a year and a half after surgery. She is proudly wearing a bikini again, being a mother of four!!
