Before and after abdominoplasty in a 51 year old woman. She had a “shelf” above her C-section scar and loose skin, stretch marks and excess fat. She was the ideal candidate for a tummy tuck.
Her extra lower abdominal skin was removed. Her abdominal muscles were repaired back together in the midline. Her abdominal skin was redraped tightly downward. Liposuction removed excess fat from her upper and lower abdomen, flanks, pubic region and upper inner thighs.
Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery. Her scars have started to mature and she has a greatly improved abdomen!
