Before and after abdominoplasty and liposuction in a 64 year old woman. Although she is not the typical candidate for this procedure, she strived to have a better contour of her abdomen, flanks and upper back.
She was physically fit and had more energy than the average woman 30 years her junior! This procedure in fact was a Grandma Makeover on top of a Mommy Makeover, as she has 7 grandchildren!
A tummy tuck removed excess lower abdominal skin and fat. Liposuction removed stubborn fat from her upper and lower abdomen, pubic region, flanks (love handles) and her back fat/bra roll region.
Follow up photos are shown at 6 months after surgery. Her abdominal contour is greatly improved. She still has residual swelling of her sides that will continue to resolve over the next 6 months.
