Before and after an abdominoplasty as part of a Mommy Makeover in a 38 year old mother. Follow up images are shown at one year after surgery. Her abdominoplasty was complimented by liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. Because of her dark skin tone, her incisions are still mildly hyperpigmented (brown color); this will gradually fade over the next few years.
Her tummy tuck removed the great majority of her stretch marks and flattened her abdominal wall, giving her the confidence to wear a bikini again. Liposuction helped her to further contour stubborn areas of the body that were resistant to her healthy diet and regular exercise.
