Before and after abdominoplasty in a 36 year old mother of three. She had significant skin excess and stretch marks, extra fat and separation of her rectus abdominis muscles. A tummy tuck corrected all these problem areas, and liposuction of the upper and lower abdomen, flanks, upper back roll, pubic region and upper inner thighs complimented the procedure.
Early follow up images are shown at 6 weeks postoperatively with mildly hyperpigmented (brownish) incisions. She has residual edema but her new figure is taking shape! The patient is resuming exercise and all her Mom duties. Over the next year, her scar color will fade and flatten gradually and all liposuction swelling will reabsorb.
