33-year-old mother of twins with extreme rectus diastasis, a midline hernia and extra abdominal skin. Despite her twins being 5 years old, she still looks pregnant in her preoperative photos! Her Mommy Makeover abdominoplasty involved a repair of her hernia, correction of the rectus diastasis and removal of excess abdominal skin. A vertical abdominoplasty incision was necessary to correctly redrape all her excess skin. Follow up images at 6 weeks after her procedure show a flat tummy contour and repair of her abdominal musculature.
