Before and after abdominoplasty and liposuction as part of a Mommy Makeover in a 50-year-old woman. At the same time as a breast lift, she wanted to remove extra abdominal skin and fat, and get her formerly flat belly back.
A tummy tuck did exactly those three things, through skin and fat excision, repair of rectus diastasis, and redraping of her abdominal skin snugly downwards. Liposuction permanently removed unwanted superficial fat from her upper and lower abdomen, pubic region, flanks and upper inner thighs.
Follow up photos are shown 4 months after surgery. While she is still healing and her scars are dark as expected for a patient with a significant amount of melanin, she already loves her results!
