Before and after abdominoplasty and scar revision in a 56 year old woman with a history of past emergency abdominal surgery. She was left with an unsightly midline scar that she called her "second butt crease" on her abdomen!
Her abdominoplasty not only removed excess lower abdominal skin and fat and repaired separated abdominal muscles, but it helped to smooth out her midline scar. Her belly button was relocated to a new position in the scar. Liposuction of the upper and lower abdomen, pubic region, flanks and upper inner thighs completed the procedure.
Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery.
