Before and after abdominoplasty and liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, pubis and upper inner and outer thighs in a 63-year-old woman who had previously lost a significant amount of weight.
Her three prior C-sections (one emergency surgery that necessitated a vertical scar, two regular C-sections) had left her with an indented lower abdominal scar, and the weight loss created an empty “shelf” of skin and fat.
An abdominoplasty was performed at the same time as a breast lift and liposuction of the bra rolls (axillary rolls), and upper back. This was not only her Mommy Makeover, but her “Nana Makeover”, as her eldest child had just had twins!
Follow up photos are shown a year and a half after surgery. Her scars are nearly fully mature, and she has a new outlook on being an active, fit, healthy Grandmother!
