Before and after abdominoplasty and liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, pubic region and upper inner thighs as part of a Mommy Makeover in a 62-year-old woman. She was also having a breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls. Since she was also a Grandmother, she called this her “Nana Makeover”!
A tummy tuck removed over four pounds of unwanted lower abdominal skin and fat. Her abdominal muscles, progressively separated over her four pregnancies, were repaired back together in the midline. Liposuction removed fat from her armpits and bra rolls, upper and lower abdomen, pubic region, flanks and upper inner thighs.
Follow up photos are shown 10 months after surgery. She feels very comfortable wearing fitted dresses now and even a two-piece swimsuit when she swims with her grandchildren!
