Before and after abdominoplasty and liposuction in a 33 year old woman. She had changed her lifestyle and lost a significant amount of weight. Although she had never been pregnant, her belly looked like she had carried several babies.
A tummy tuck removed excess lower abdominal skin, it tightened her abdominal muscles to one another in the midline, it pulled her abdominal wall skin tightly downwards, and it repositioned her belly button so it looked like a defined innie. Liposuction removed fat from her abdomen, flanks, pubic region, upper inner thighs, lower back and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 9 months after surgery. Her abdominal and belly button scars are still fading, but most of her swelling has resolved. You can actually see the outline of her upper abs!
