Before and after abdominoplasty and liposuction in a 31 year old mother. She had accumulated excess fat in her belly area after having children, and exercise was not helping! She had separation of her rectus abdominis muscles, known as “rectus diastasis” that contributed to her protuberant belly.
A tummy tuck removed some lower excess skin, repaired her muscles back together in the midline, and re-draped her abdominal skin tightly downwards. Liposuction removed unwanted fat from her abdomen, flanks, pubic region and upper inner thighs.
Follow up photos are shown one year postoperatively.
