Before and after abdominoplasty as part of a Mommy Makeover in a 41 year old mother of three. Her restorative surgery involved a breast lift, tummy tuck and liposuction. She had a significant overhang of lower abdominal skin and fat that is called a “pannus” in medical terms.
Her abdominoplasty removed this excess hanging lower abdominal skin and fat, totally 6 pounds! Her abdominal muscles which were separated by multiple pregnancies and contributed to her belly protrusion were repaired back together in the midline. Her abdominal skin was redraped snugly downwards.
Liposuction permanently removed excess fat from her bra roll/upper back area, upper and lower abdomen, flanks, pubic region and upper inner thighs. Follow up photos are shown two years after surgery.
